Message from the CEO

We appreciate the opportunity to support our partners in Japan and our millions of active customers as the leading provider of mobile technology support in Japan. In October 2024, I assumed the position of Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Asurion Japan Holdings, G.K. and strive to continue our focus on providing the best customer experience.

Asurion, together with our partners, provides device protection, repair, and technical support to mobile device users in Japan in order to help our customers enjoy a secure and comfortable digital life. We are already in the age of connectivity, and the possibilities of technology continue to expand greatly. As technology evolves, Asurion will continue to evolve and provide products and services that exceed our customers’ expectations with Put Customers First in mind.

In addition to enhancing our products and services, we will strive to become a company that people trust more than ever by leveraging diversity in the workplace, adopting new work styles in line with the times, and proactively participating in social contribution activities.
